We stayed at a great hotel in this city and we were impressed by its excellent value for money. Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and staff. The hotel looked like new - everything was in perfect condition and spotless. We enjoyed using the hotel facilities, which were modern and well-maintained. The location was convenient, close to all the main attractions in the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and they made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the hotel's parking and transportation options. Lastly, the breakfast was a great way to start the day, with plenty of delicious options available.

The hotel's location was convenient for backpackers, located near public transportation and affordable restaurants. the bathroom provided no bulkhead or tray, causing flooding issues. the breakfast was consistently a challenge, and the building appeared to be of low quality, giving off an outdated feel. Unfortunately, the staff was unhelpful, leading to repetitive and forgotten requests.
The hotel lacked certain amenities backpackers may desire, such as a gym or pool.

The staff could use some improvement in their customer service skills. We found ourselves having to request things multiple times and experienced some miscommunication that caused issues during our stay.
